1. DELIVERY

Shipping is an integrated part of our online shopping experience which is why our shipping service is included in every order at no extra cost. We try to keep our shipping options simple (we only have one), less time in administration means that we can keep our costs low.

All of our products are shipped direct from our friends in the Czech Republic, this way we don''t have to spend money on storage or hiring any more people to package and post your products. It does however mean delivery can take up to 15 days, however in most instances we''re quicker than that.


2. RETURNS

FAULTY ITEMS?
If the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, or has arrived damaged we will replace or repair it at our expense. Please contact us to arrange return of the item, this allows us to deal with your return more efficiently. Once you have contacted us we will issue you with a returns code and instruct you how to return the item.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you decide that you do not want to keep the goods for any reasons you must notify us within seven days of receiving the goods. You will be required to return the goods at your own expense. We must receive all products in a saleable condition. If the products are not returned in this condition you may not get a full refund. To avoid unnecessary expense we recommend that you send items by Second Class post with a certificate of postage to:
